Privacy Policy

Last revised: October 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how O6D4 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Plus ("Plus", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with the Plus mobile app, the website at plus.inc, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

  1. Account information. Your name, email address, and profile picture from the sign-in provider you use.

  2. Connected data. Email, calendar events, and contacts from your Google or Microsoft account; bank and card transactions through Plaid; and data from other services or exports you choose to connect. Our access to connected accounts is read-only unless you connect a Google permission that lets Plus make changes you ask for (see section 3).

  3. Voice recordings. If you submit audio, we receive and retain the recording and convert it to text. Recordings remain private to your account, subject to the limited processing and access described below. Plus does not offer voice cloning.

  4. Content you provide. Text, photos, feedback, and other content you submit through the Services.

  5. Device and usage information. A push notification token, app version, and logs (such as IP address, timestamps, and errors) that we use to operate and secure the Services.

  6. Optional device sources. When you enable a source or grant the relevant permission, browser history and page contents, messages and their participants, call history, photos and photo metadata, and precise device location. Location can be collected in the background when you grant background permission. You can disable these sources in Plus or your device settings.

  7. Derived information. Transcripts, summaries, preferences, memories, goals, and other inferences generated from your content and connected sources. They may include sensitive information about health, relationships, finances, or places you visit. Connected information may include information about people who do not use Plus.

  8. Website visit information. When you visit plus.inc, Google Analytics and RB2B, with the identity and IP lookup partners RB2B uses, use cookies and similar technologies to collect the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, approximate location, and IP address. RB2B may match a visit to professional information it obtains from other sources, such as your name, job title, company, and professional social media profile. This applies to the website only, not to the Plus app or your connected data.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to provide, maintain, and personalize the Services, including to process your content, respond to your requests, and send you notifications. We also use it to secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with our legal obligations. Plus does not send messages, make purchases, or take other actions on your behalf unless you connect a permission that allows it (see section 3) and ask Plus to take that action.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for advertising. We do not use your content, recordings, messages, or derived information to train or fine-tune AI models, and we do not permit our service providers to do so. This restriction also covers feedback and evaluation examples.

We may use eligible content in internal evaluation datasets to test Plus's accuracy, reliability, and safety. Evaluations do not train or fine-tune models. Raw audio and Google API data, including Google-derived content, are excluded from general evaluation datasets. Identifiable evaluation copies remain subject to the access and deletion rules in this policy. Human review for platform improvement is limited to appropriately de-identified examples or aggregated information. Removing names alone does not make information anonymous. We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified information and require recipients to maintain its protections.

Authorized personnel may access identifiable content, including recordings and messages, only for support, security or abuse investigation, or legal obligations, and only to the extent necessary. Support access requires your permission for the relevant information. These limits apply to employees and contractors. Service providers may process information to deliver the features you use under the restrictions below.

Plus can combine information from connected sources to personalize features within your account. We do not share private content with other users without your deliberate direction. Public-information lookups may send a relevant search query, location, or other necessary context to a search, map, or web provider, limited to what the lookup needs.

3. Google user data

Plus's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  1. When you sign in, we request read-only access to your Gmail, your calendar list and events, and your contacts, plus your basic profile and email address. If they're enabled for your account, you can also connect each of these on its own in Accounts: permission to manage your Gmail (send replies, archive, move to Trash and restore, and unsubscribe; Plus never permanently deletes email) and to add and change events on calendars you own, read-only access to your Google Drive files, and permission to create or edit only Drive files you create or open with Plus. Contacts remain read-only.
  2. We use that data only to provide user-facing features: extracting and organizing information from email contents, including message bodies; incorporating calendar events into results; using contact names to improve transcription accuracy; using connected files and documents to respond to your requests; and making the Gmail, Calendar, and app-created or selected Drive file changes you ask for.
  3. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it.
  4. We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI and/or machine learning models, and we do not permit our service providers to do so.
  5. We do not allow humans to read it unless you give affirmative permission to view specific information for support, it is necessary for security purposes or to investigate abuse, or it is required to comply with applicable law.
  6. We share it only with the service providers listed in section 4, such as our hosting, database, storage, and AI model providers, and only as necessary to provide or improve the features you use. We may also disclose it when required by law, or in a business transfer with your explicit prior consent (see section 4). Aggregated and anonymized information may be used for internal operations only as permitted by Google’s Limited Use requirements.
  7. We protect it with the safeguards in section 6: encryption in transit and at rest, Google access tokens kept only on our servers and withheld from the read-only data access our team uses, and access limited to the purposes in item 5.
  8. We keep it while your Plus account is active, so that Plus can provide the features above, unless you ask us to delete it. Disconnecting a Google product in Profile → Accounts, or revoking Plus in your Google Account connections, stops all further access but does not by itself delete data already imported. To delete Google user data Plus already holds, delete your account, which deletes it and the information derived from it within 60 days, or email us to delete particular information, as described in section 5.

4. How we disclose information

We disclose personal information to service providers that process it on our behalf to help us operate the Services. We require them to use it only to provide their services to us and only to the extent necessary:

  1. Hosting, database, and file storage providers
  2. AI model providers that process text and audio to produce results for you
  3. Web search, web page, and image providers that we use to look up public information
  4. Plaid, to connect your bank and card accounts
  5. A push notification provider
  6. Google Analytics and RB2B, for visits to plus.inc (see section 1)

Processing by a provider does not make your information public. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

We may also disclose personal information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Plus, our users, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Source-specific restrictions still apply to business transfers. Transferring Google API data in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale requires your explicit prior consent under Google's Limited Use rules. We obtain any other consent required by applicable law before a new use or disclosure.

5. Retention, your choices, and deletion

We retain your content, recordings, connected data, and derived information while your account is active and they are needed to provide the Services, unless you request deletion. Disconnecting a source stops future imports but does not itself delete imported data or derived results. Deleting a source item and deleting memories or summaries derived from it are distinct operations; you can request both.

  1. Disconnect a Google product in Profile → Accounts, or revoke access in your Google Account connections.
  2. To request account deletion, choose Delete account in Profile and confirm. We suspend account access when the request is accepted and delete the account and associated personal information within 60 days, or sooner where applicable law requires. This includes recordings, files, imported data, derived memories, identifiable evaluation copies, and copies held by providers on our behalf. Backups are restricted from ordinary use and must be deleted or expire within that period. We confirm completion. Signing out or uninstalling Plus does not request deletion.
  3. You can also email support@plus.inc from your account email address to request account deletion, deletion of particular information, or a copy of your information. We may verify your identity. We respond within applicable legal timeframes; the 60-day maximum does not extend a shorter legal deadline.
  4. You can block website cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  5. Information we are legally required to retain is restricted to that purpose for the required period. Deleting information from Plus does not delete originals in connected services or copies you deliberately shared outside Plus.

6. Security

We use technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest by our database and storage providers. Access tokens for connected accounts are stored only on our servers and withheld from the read-only data access our team uses. Access to identifiable content is limited to authorized personnel for the purposes in section 2. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, obtain a copy, correct it, and delete it. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Children

The Services are intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect.

We obtain fresh affirmative consent when required for a new category of data, purpose, or disclosure. Continued use alone does not authorize a new use that requires separate consent, and a policy update does not retroactively override the commitments under which information was collected.

10. Contact us
